FAQ

Straight answers.

What GetCloseline.io is, how the record is kept, and what it costs.

Is GetCloseline.io the same as Closeline?

Yes. GetCloseline.io is the new name for Closeline. The model, the public track record and the Telegram channels are the same; only the name changed.

Is GetCloseline.io legit?

GetCloseline.io is a sports betting analysis service built on a quantitative model. Every pick we send is logged with the time it went out and the scheduled start of the game, graded automatically from official final scores, and published on a public record that includes every loss. You can check it yourself at getcloseline.io/track-record and download the full pick log as JSON at getcloseline.io/api/public/record.json. GetCloseline.io is not a sportsbook and does not take bets.

Is the GetCloseline.io track record verified?

The record is built so it can be checked rather than trusted. Each pick is stored when it is sent, with its send time; the public pick log at getcloseline.io/record lists every settled pick next to the game's start time, so you can see it went out before kickoff. Results are settled by software from final scores, nothing is deleted, and losing picks stay in the record. Only picks that were actually sent to subscribers count.

How are GetCloseline.io picks graded?

Automatically. After a game ends, each pick is marked WIN, LOSS or PUSH from the official final score. Win rate is wins divided by wins plus losses; pushes are shown in the record but do not count toward the win rate. The record covers the current model version for each market, and a pick only counts if the model's review step approved it and it was actually sent.

What leagues does GetCloseline.io cover?

The model runs on NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF, NCAAB, EPL and MLS, covering moneyline, spread and total markets, plus player props. A market is only published to subscribers after it has proven itself in shadow testing, so which leagues have live picks on a given day depends on the season and on how each market is performing. The public record shows results by league.

How much does GetCloseline.io cost?

GetCloseline.io Premium is $9.99/mo after a free trial (first month free). You can cancel at any time from your account page. Premium includes the full daily card with confidence on every pick, delivered to a private Telegram channel and the members area.

Is there a free version of GetCloseline.io?

Yes. A selection of the day's picks is published free every morning at getcloseline.io/today. Every pick goes to members in the private Premium Telegram channel (first month free). The full track record and the pick log are free to view without an account.

Is GetCloseline.io gambling advice?

No. GetCloseline.io publishes analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial or betting advice, no model wins every bet, and past results do not predict future ones. You must be 21 or older and legally able to bet where you live. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

When are GetCloseline.io picks posted?

Picks go out in the morning, before the day's games start. Each one is timestamped when it is sent, and the public pick log shows that time next to the game's scheduled start.
