Are AI college football picks worth following?
Only if you read the record by market. The GetCloseline.io model prices every FBS game's moneyline, spread and total during the season, August to January. College football has huge mismatches, and picking the favorite in a lopsided game wins very often while proving almost nothing, so the spread and total results are the fairer test.
As of October 30, 2026, GetCloseline.io's college football picks on the public record are 14-17-1, a 45.2% win rate over 31 graded picks. This season (games since August 1, 2026): 14-17-1, a 45.2% win rate.
What the model does for college football
With well over a hundred FBS teams, college football has far more games and far less information per team than the NFL. The model prices each game from team strength, schedule, injuries and home field, removes the sportsbook margin from the posted odds and compares the two. It covers moneylines, spreads and totals, and player props where books post them.
The spread between the best and worst teams is enormous, which creates games where one side is favored by thirty points or more. A moneyline pick on that favorite will usually win, but sportsbooks often post little or no moneyline on those games, and a win at that kind of price pays next to nothing. A high moneyline win rate in college football is therefore expected, not impressive. The spread and total markets, where both sides are priced close to even, are the better measure of whether the model is finding anything.
GetCloseline.io's college football record

| Moneyline | 1-1 | 50% | 2 |
Read the college football record by market, not as one number. A moneyline win rate built on lopsided games tells you very little about skill. Every pick counted here was sent to members, with its send time logged next to the game's start time, and graded from the official final score; picks the model made but never sent do not count. The full log, with send times, is on the pick log.

Questions
Does GetCloseline.io have a verified college football record?
Yes. Every college football pick sent to members is timestamped when it is sent and graded automatically from the official final score, losses included. The record is at https://www.getcloseline.io/track-record and the pick-by-pick log at https://www.getcloseline.io/record.
Do AI college football picks win every time?
No. No model wins every bet, and college football results carry real variance. A model's value shows up, if at all, over a large number of picks, which is why the record is public.
