This Privacy Policy explains what Closeline ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using getcloseline.io or our Telegram channels, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact: your email address and, if you join our Telegram channels, your Telegram user ID and username.
• Payment: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status and a customer reference, but we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage: basic analytics and device/log data to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — deliver picks/alerts, manage your subscription and Telegram access.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide support.
• To improve our models, content, and site.
• To send service-related messages. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

We share data only as needed with providers that run the Service: Stripe (payments), Telegram (message delivery), and our hosting/data providers (e.g., Vercel, Railway, Supabase). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with sportsbooks, and we have no affiliate or referral arrangement with any sportsbook.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use minimal cookies/local storage for essential functionality (such as remembering your session or theme). You can clear these in your browser.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. To make a request, email support@getcloseline.io. You can leave the Telegram channels at any time.

7. Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults 21+ (or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
