Terms of Service

Welcome to Closeline ("Closeline", "we", "us"). By accessing getcloseline.io, our Telegram channels, or any related content (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Closeline is — and is not

Closeline is a sports-betting analysis, data, and educational content service. We publish model-driven picks, statistics, and commentary for informational and entertainment purposes. Closeline is not a sportsbook, is not a gambling operator, does not accept or place wagers, and does not handle any betting funds. Any bets you choose to place are made entirely at your own discretion with third-party operators.

2. No guarantees; not financial or betting advice

All content is provided "as is" for analysis and entertainment only and is not financial, investment, or betting advice. Sports betting involves risk, and past performance never guarantees future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and located where accessing sports-betting analysis is lawful. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

• Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (e.g., monthly). We do not store your card details.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Your subscription auto-renews each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms.

5. Third-party sportsbooks

Closeline has no affiliate, referral, or other commercial relationship with any sportsbook, and we are not paid by any operator. We do not link to sportsbooks and we do not send you anywhere to place a wager. We reference sportsbook lines and prices as publicly available market data so our analysis can be checked against the market, and we describe bets in standard market language so a reader can identify what a pick refers to. Where you choose to bet, if at all, is entirely your own decision, and we are not responsible for third-party sites, their terms, odds, or conduct.

Closeline does earn revenue in two ways only: paid subscriptions (section 4) and our own partner program, under which independent creators earn a commission for referring subscribers to Closeline — not to any sportsbook.

6. Acceptable use

The Service and its picks are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or share paid content (including in tout/picks groups) without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

7. Telegram delivery

Premium and free content is delivered via Telegram. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or delivery delays caused by Telegram or third parties.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closeline disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any losses (including betting losses), damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
